Needle mesotherapy is one of the most often recommended rejuvenating treatments. They are dedicated for prevention, correction and reduction of the effects skin ageing. What does the procedure look like?

With the use of a very fine needle the doctor injects the product into the target skin area that we want to biorevitalise. Before the treatment, the skin is numbed with topical anaesthetic – the Emla cream. The whole procedure lasts for about 15-20 minutes.

How many treatments are needed?

Number and frequency of treatments depends on patient’s age and skin condition. In young patients with no or very first signs of skin ageing mesotherapy is applied preventively. Then, to reverse the process of wrinkle formation it is enough to have 1 treatment every 4-6 months.

In case of mature skin with visible signs of skin ageing it is recommended to take a series of a few treatments (about 3-6 every 2-4 weeks).

In patients with very mature skin, smoker’s or damaged skin, frequency of treatments can be increased.

What are mesotherapy medications?

Currently, the most popular face mesotherapy preparations are cocktails (based on hyaluronic acid and/or organic silica combined with various skin biorevitalising complexes.

Hydrolifting Juvéderm® HYDRATE is a new generation treatment designed to hydrate the deepest layers of the skin and improve its elasticity.
